Buyer/seller ticket management policies

Ticket Management Guidelines

This document outlines the essential rules for managing tickets, applicable to both buyers and sellers. Violations of these guidelines may result in a 60-day suspension, loss of privileges, and financial responsibility for associated expenses, such as bank wire or cryptocurrency fees for refunds.

Payments

All payments must be completed within seven days from the date payment instructions are posted. Extensions may be granted in cases of unforeseen circumstances or upon request by the buyer, seller, or staff.

Transfers

Buyers and sellers are required to respond within a maximum of seven days. Responses such as “working on it” or “give me time” are not acceptable. We encourage timely communication, and in the event of unexpected delays (e.g., travel or emergencies), users should inform all parties involved.

Services

Extended services do not necessitate immediate updates. However, if a buyer or seller requests an update, users must respond within seven days. Responses such as “working on it” or “give me time” will not be tolerated. Prompt responses are encouraged, and unforeseen events (e.g., travel or emergencies) should be communicated to all parties involved.

Deadlines

Buyers retain the right to withdraw from a checkout ticket if the agreed-upon deadline is not met. Extensions are possible with mutual agreement from PACZKI staff and the buyer or seller. If a deadline passes, a new completion date must be provided and honored.

Refunds

Failed services or transfers (including missed deadlines, inability to deliver, or locked accounts) that require a full refund may incur bank wire fees ranging from $25 to $75. These fees will be deducted from the buyer’s deposited funds.

Feedback

Users are encouraged to leave feedback for their checkout tickets, regardless of the outcome. Leaving an unjust one-star review as retaliation is against the rules and may be disputed by the receiving party.

Ethics

PACZKI is a professional platform, and users are discouraged from using profanity or showing disrespect towards others. While a friendly tone is encouraged, the use of slang or leetspeak in communications with clients is strongly discouraged.

Tagging

PACZKI staff actively monitor tickets daily, even when they appear inactive. Frequent tagging of @Administrators is unnecessary and should only be used if there is no response from the PACZKI agent managing the ticket within 24 hours. Repeated offenders may face consequences, including service restrictions.

Responsiveness

Users have seven days to respond to inquiries or concerns from buyers or sellers, regardless of the nature of the inquiry. The exception is for YouTube transfers, which have a mandatory seven-day wait time.

Payouts

All payouts for completed tickets will have a processing wait time of up to 48 hours. Frequent tagging of staff regarding payouts is unnecessary and unwelcome.

Crypto Fluctuations

PACZKI is not responsible for the current monetary value of deposited cryptocurrency funds held in escrow. Users are discouraged from rushing staff due to fluctuations in crypto value. In such situations, users may consider alternative payment methods.
