At PACZKI, we are committed to maintaining a trustworthy and ethical marketplace. To uphold these standards, we have clear guidelines regarding items and services that cannot be listed or sold on our platform. Please review the following prohibited categories:

Prohibited Items and Services:

  1. No Fake Review Services: Offering fake reviews on platforms like TrustPilot, Amazon, Google, or similar is strictly prohibited.
  2. No Personal Accounts: Only themed social media accounts or assets are permitted for sale. Personal social media accounts cannot be listed.
  3. No Financial Instruments: This includes preloaded gift cards, merchant accounts, or any other financial tools or instruments.
  4. No Software: The sale of software, including Software as a Service (SaaS), is not permitted on PACZKI.
  5. No Spam Services: Any service that involves spamming, such as mass direct messaging or similar techniques, is strictly forbidden.
  6. No SMM Panels: Social Media Marketing (SMM) panels of any kind are not allowed on the platform.
  7. No Fake Engagement: We only allow the promotion of organic growth. The sale of fake likes, followers, or other forms of inauthentic engagement is banned.
  8. No PBNs (Private Blog Networks): Manipulative Public Relations activities or publishing on websites designed solely to influence Search Engine Results Pages (SERP) are not allowed.
  9. No Data Scraping: The scraping of data, or the sale of scraped data, is strictly prohibited.
  10. Ban Services with Strict Conditions: Services related to bans are only allowed in cases involving intellectual property disputes or scams. Bans based on personal vendettas are not permitted, and all transactions will undergo rigorous verification.
  11. No Subscription Sales: Selling access to subscription-based services like Netflix, Hulu, or similar is not allowed.
  12. No Gaming-Related Services or Items: The sale of gaming-related services or items is prohibited on PACZKI.
