Overview: This document outlines PACZKI’s policy regarding proof of service requirements for sellers. The goal is to ensure a seamless and equitable transaction process for both buyers and sellers.
Policy Details:
- No Proof Required from Sellers: Sellers on PACZKI are not obligated to provide additional proof to buyers to confirm that services have been rendered. This policy is intended to streamline transactions and safeguard both parties from unnecessary disputes.
- Service Delivery Confirmation: If the services outlined in the checkout ticket terms are delivered within the agreed timeframe (including any extensions), the seller is entitled to full payment without the need for additional proof.
- Buyer Requests for Proof: Requests from buyers for additional proof, especially based on external opinions or advice (e.g., “my friend/guy said X”), are not considered valid grounds for withholding payment. Such requests will not be entertained.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the PACZKI team will rely on the original terms established in the checkout ticket and the agreed delivery timeframe. If the seller has adhered to these conditions, the payment will be processed accordingly.
This policy ensures that sellers who fulfill their commitments within the agreed terms and timeframe receive their payments without delay. Both buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate clearly and follow the terms set during the checkout process to maintain a smooth transaction experience.
