Digital Asset Transfers!

We are excited to introduce a new feature designed to streamline and expedite your transactions. Effective immediately, if you are a Diamond Club (DC) or higher, you now have the ability to directly transfer assets (such as accounts, pages, websites, channels, etc.) to buyers without requiring staff intervention. :tada:

Important Note: This update does not eliminate the need for checkout tickets in transactions. It simply allows you to initiate the transfer directly if both you and the buyer are comfortable proceeding in this manner. Should either party prefer staff assistance, it will still be available, and the transfer can only proceed once staff confirms the payment.

Why Are We Implementing This?

  2. Faster Transactions: By removing the need for staff intervention in certain transfers, we are significantly reducing transaction time and enhancing efficiency.
  3. Reducing Staff Workload: As our community continues to grow, this will help alleviate the increasing volume of support tickets, enabling our team to focus on more complex issues.
  4. Supporting Growth and Stability: The Diamond Club is expanding, and historically, only a small percentage of members have encountered issues. This change reflects our trust in the continued success of our most esteemed members.
