1. Refund Initiation
Refunds may only be initiated under the following conditions: a) Mutual agreement between the buyer and seller. b) Through our formal dispute resolution process.
2. Dispute Resolution Outcome
In cases where a dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer, the seller is responsible for issuing the refund. The outcome will be based on the specific terms of the transaction and in accordance with PACZKI’s buyer and seller responsibility clauses.
3. Non-Refundable PACZKI Fee
Please be aware that the PACZKI service fee, charged for facilitating transactions, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Approved Refunds
If a refund is mutually agreed upon and approved by PACZKI staff, the seller will be required to issue the refund directly to the buyer’s designated account.
5. Ticket Eligibility
Any transaction tickets older than 90 days from the date of issue are ineligible for dispute resolution, and no refunds can be claimed for such transactions.
6. Buyer Acknowledgment
Buyers acknowledge that goods or services purchased on PACZKI are provided by independent sellers, not PACZKI itself. Aggressive behavior, threats, or chargebacks directed at PACZKI are strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate action being taken.
7. PACZKI’s Discretion
PACZKI staff reserves the right to determine the eligibility of refunds, even in cases not explicitly outlined in this policy or other platform rules.
8. Seller Warranties
Sellers must honor any warranties they provide. Failure to do so may result in termination from the platform and further disciplinary actions.
