Proof of Service Requirements for Sellers

Overview: This policy entry provides clarification on the proof of service requirements for sellers on PACZKI. It aims to establish a clear and efficient transaction process, ensuring fairness and transparency for both buyers and sellers.

Policy Details:

  1. No Proof Requirement for Sellers: Sellers on PACZKI are not obligated to provide additional proof to buyers beyond the terms outlined in the checkout ticket to verify the completion of services. This policy is designed to facilitate smooth transactions while safeguarding both parties from unnecessary disputes or delays.
  2. Service Delivery Confirmation: Provided that the services detailed in the checkout ticket have been delivered within the agreed timeframe (including any extensions granted), the seller is entitled to full payment without the need for further evidence of service delivery.
  3. Buyer’s Requests for Proof: Requests from buyers for additional verification of service completion, based on third-party opinions or informal advice (e.g., “my friend advised me to ask for X”), will not be considered valid grounds for withholding payment. Such requests will not be entertained or acted upon by PACZKI.
  4. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, PACZKI will refer to the original terms and conditions agreed upon in the checkout ticket, including the specified delivery timeframe. As long as the seller has met the terms as outlined, payment will be processed accordingly, and no additional proof will be required from the seller.

This policy ensures that sellers who fulfill their obligations in accordance with the agreed terms and within the designated timeframe are compensated promptly. Both buyers and sellers are encouraged to maintain clear communication and adhere to the terms set forth in the checkout process to ensure a seamless and fair transaction for all parties involved.
