Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the process for requesting invoices.
Invoice Requests:

Invoices at Point of Sale Only: Invoices can now only be requested at the point of sale, before the transaction ticket is closed. This is a strict requirement under our local laws. We will no longer be able to issue invoices days, weeks, or months after a transaction has been completed. If no invoice is requested at the time of sale, PACZKI will record the service fee at the local point of sale register for tax purposes.

Invoicing PACZKI Service Fees Only: PACZKI can only issue invoices for the service fees we charge. We are unable to provide invoices for the total transaction amount. If you require a full invoice for the entire transaction, you will need to coordinate directly with the seller before completing the checkout process.

Seller Responsibilities: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with local and state VAT/TAX regulations when issuing invoices to buyers for transactions conducted on PACZKI. It is essential for sellers to consult with their tax advisors to fully understand their obligations in terms of VAT/TAX invoices.

No Legal or Tax Advice from PACZKI: Due to potential liabilities, PACZKI cannot provide legal or tax advice. We strongly recommend that you consult with a professional tax advisor for any questions regarding your tax obligations.

Invoicing for All Transactions, Including Crypto: Starting in 2025, all transactions on PACZKI, including those involving cryptocurrency, will be invoiced according to the new policy.
How to Request an Invoice:
- During Checkout: Be sure to request your invoice during the checkout process. This is the only opportunity to make an invoice request.
- Specify Your Needs: Clearly indicate if you require an invoice for the PACZKI service fee. For a full transaction invoice, you must reach out to the seller directly before completing the checkout process.
Important Note:
- No Retroactive Invoicing: Once a checkout ticket is closed, it is no longer possible to request an invoice. This policy is in strict compliance with our new regulatory requirements.
