Understanding the Grace Period

When purchasing properties or services on PACZKI, a mandatory grace period is applied to ensure fair and secure transactions. This period allows buyers to verify the accuracy of the seller’s claims and confirm that the agreed terms are met. For most transactions, the grace period is 24 hours after the transfer or service is completed. For mentorship tickets, the grace period extends to 7 days.

This policy safeguards the integrity of every transaction and provides buyers with an opportunity to thoroughly inspect their purchases.

Rules and Guidelines for the Grace Period:

  1. No Significant Alterations:
    Buyers must refrain from making major changes to the purchased property, such as altering names, bios, deleting content, or uploading harmful material. Violating this rule may void the buyer’s ability to return the item.
  2. Testing and Verification:
    Buyers are encouraged to perform test posts (if applicable) and thoroughly review all critical aspects of the item or service.
  3. Statistics Validation:
    Buyers should compare the property’s metrics (e.g., engagement, analytics) with the details provided by the seller in the listing.
  4. Timely Reporting:
    Any issues must be reported within the grace period. After this timeframe, funds will be released to the seller, and disputes will not be entertained.
  5. Mandatory Application:
    All transactions, without exception, are subject to a grace period unless explicitly waived by the buyer.
  6. Waiving the Grace Period:
    Buyers may choose to waive the grace period. However, doing so forfeits future support from PACZKI staff for disputes or issues with the purchase. PACZKI reserves the right to decline disputes for tickets where the grace period was skipped.

Exceptions:

  • For YouTube channel transfers, a 7-day waiting period is required. During this time, the buyer is included in the channel permissions list, making the 24-hour grace period inapplicable to these transactions.

By adhering to this policy, PACZKI ensures secure, transparent, and well-regulated transactions, fostering trust between buyers and sellers.
