Understanding Insured Listings

When you come across a listing tagged as insured, it indicates that the listing owner has placed an insurance deposit with PACZKI to protect both the buyer and seller during the transaction.

Which Listings Require an Insurance Deposit?
In general, any service that requires clients to provide login credentials or any form of access must secure an insurance deposit with PACZKI before the service can be provided.

What Is the Insurance Deposit Amount?
The amount for the insurance deposit is determined by PACZKI staff and varies depending on the type of service being offered. Typically, the deposit amount is set at $1000 USD and must be paid in USDT/USDC.

Is the Insurance Deposit Refundable to the Service Provider?
Yes, the insurance deposit is fully refundable. However, once the deposit is refunded, any previously insured listings will lose their insurance tag and be closed. Please note that refunds are issued in the equivalent value of USDT/USDC, not USD.

Why Is an Insurance Deposit Required for Certain Services?
Certain services carry a higher level of risk, particularly when login credentials or sensitive access are involved. In the event that an insured service encounters issues due to the seller’s fault, PACZKI staff may consider releasing the insurance deposit to the buyer as compensation.
