If you’ve noticed a discrepancy between your expected balance and the actual amount received after a transaction, this guide aims to clarify the situation. This information is particularly helpful for members who may have initiated a transaction without fully reviewing our comprehensive guide on PACZKI’s fee structure, available at PACZKI Fees Explained.
Why is there a larger deduction than anticipated in my transaction?
The primary deduction stems from PACZKI’s service fee, which covers the following services:
- Management of Checkout Tickets
- Verification and Validation of Transaction Details
- Secure Transfer and Safeguarding of Assets
- Protection Against Chargebacks
Additionally, each transaction may involve supplementary fees, which are detailed on our PACZKI Fees Explained page. If you’re reading this article post-sale, it suggests that you may have missed reviewing the fee structure during the checkout process. Please be reminded that PACZKI requires agreement to these terms before proceeding with any transactions, and failure to do so may result in transaction cancellation.

Transaction Costs Involving PayPal
For transactions conducted via PayPal, an additional 6-10% fee is applied on top of PACZKI’s standard service charge. This is due to the integration of the company account in the payment process, which results in PayPal’s own fees. Despite this added cost, the arrangement helps protect our clients from chargebacks, as any related losses are absorbed by PACZKI, not the clients. PayPal’s fee ranges from 2.9% to 5.5%, depending on account type and the country of origin of the funds.
Example for a 500 USD Transaction (Using maximum fee rates):
- The buyer sends 500 USD to PACZKI. PayPal’s 5% fee reduces the amount to 475 USD.
- PACZKI’s 9% fee (calculated pre-PayPal) is 45 USD, leaving 430 USD.
- The seller receives the balance, but PayPal deducts an additional 5% (21.50 USD), resulting in a final payout of 403.50 USD.
To mitigate these fees, sellers are advised to adjust their pricing accordingly. The protection offered against chargebacks justifies these additional costs.
Transactions via Bank Wire
For bank wire transactions, an additional fee of 30-90 USD may be applied. Bank wire transfers are typically used for payments exceeding 1000 USD, and the fees range from 15 to 45 USD, making them more cost-effective for larger transactions as the fee remains constant regardless of whether the amount is 1000 USD or 10,000 USD.
Example for a 1000 USD Bank Wire Transaction (Using maximum fee rates):
- The buyer sends 1000 USD, and the bank deducts 45 USD, leaving 955 USD.
- PACZKI’s 9% fee (calculated pre-wire) is 90 USD, leaving 865 USD.
- The seller’s bank may deduct an additional 15-45 USD upon receiving the funds.
Sellers should account for these additional charges when determining their pricing structure.
Crypto Transactions
Crypto transactions are generally more cost-effective, typically incurring only minimal fees. However, the inherent volatility of cryptocurrencies means the value of payments can fluctuate significantly during transfer. PACZKI does not assume responsibility for any market-related changes in the value of crypto payments.
